A draft memorandum with investors in renewable energy sources (RES) will be developed within a week for further discussion by the government and industry participants. Minister of Energy and Environmental Protection Olga Buslavets during the online roundtable “Overcoming the crisis in Ukrainian energy” on Tuesday.

“This week, in accordance with the decision of the anti-crisis headquarters, a memorandum framework with relevant scenarios will be developed for further consideration by the Prime Minister together with investors so that we conclude a memorandum and, on a voluntary basis, without arbitration, agree on indicators, so that we have kept the state’s normal image of an attractive investment climate and resolved the issues that have arisen in the market, “she said.
